- Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Purple onion
- Cauliflower or packaged cauliflower rice
- Seasoning: soy sauce, chilli peper, dry pepper, flakes, garlic/garlic salt, green onions, cilantro, sriracha
- 1-2 large egg
- Tofu (Tossables used- pictured below)
Step 1. Prepare cauliflower rice, you can use the recipe provided here, or an easier option would be prepackaged cauliflower rice.
Step 2. Rinse and squeeze cauliflower rice, removing any excess water.
Step 3. Place Wok or pan of your choice on the stovetop with 1-2 tablespoons of grapeseed or oil of your choice. Into the pan place cauliflower rice. Allow to cook – if using similar prepackaged cauliflower rice, follow instructions on the package.
I added 1 tablespoon of sriracha, minced garlic and 1/2 tbsp of rice vinegar
Step 4. Once cooked to your level of tenderness, move “rice” to the side of the pan and crack 1-2 large egg into the pan. Scramble egg and rice together.
Step 5. Removed from stovetop and place aside
Step 6. Season meat and cut steak into pieces
Step 7: Cook steak to desired likeness. For additional texture and protein, I added tofu pieces once steak pieces were cooked.
Step 8: Turn the stovetop off. Place cauliflower rice mixture and place into the wok. Mix with meat.
Step 9: Add chops veggies of your choice
Step 9: Add veggies with meat and “rice”, Stir well
Step 10: Plate, serve and enjoy.
